Mobile App Account Deletion Instructions

At First State Bank & Trust, we take your data privacy seriously. 
 
If you decide to no longer utilize our mobile application on your Android or
Apple iPhone, the process to remove your personal data is fast and simple.

 

Simply email onlinesupport@fsbtnd.bank from an email account that we have on file for you requesting the deletion of the data collected when setting up your mobile banking application. 

Once your account information has been deleted, you will receive a confirmation email from First State Bank & Trust.  

  • All data that is necessary to set up your mobile banking account experience will be deleted. 
  • The Bank reserves the right to keep 30 - 90 days of login data for the purpose of security, fraud prevention or regulatory compliance.  
  • This process will NOT close your bank accounts.  

If you decide to change your mind, you can always sign up for mobile banking again at any time.
